This program prepares students to install, configure, secure, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, and basic networks in today’s workplace. Students learn hands-on skills in hardware, operating systems, software, and customer support while practicing real-world help desk scenarios. Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles such as Computer Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or Desktop Support Technician and may qualify to sit for industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA® A+.
